This parking lot uses a license plate recognition system for payment. The entry and exit procedures are as follows: 

1. Entry procedure: Vehicles enter the lot using license plate recognition. 

2. Exit procedure: After payment, vehicles wait at the exit for license plate recognition to complete before leaving.

What payment methods are available for the parking lot?

Payment methods for parking include cash, EasyCard, iPASS, and others, which may vary depending on the location. Please check the official website for information on payment options at each site.

Are there electric vehicle charging stations available in the parking lot?

Electric vehicle charging stations are installed in all parking lots. Charging services are a core product of our company. Currently, we provide charging stations with different kW capacities tailored to various locations, accommodating different types of vehicles (some vehicles require their own adapters to use the stations). Monthly parking

Q1:
How do I apply for a monthly rental?

Please submit your application through our official website's monthly rental platform by filling out the required information and submitting it. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service at 0800-868-886. After confirming the rental location, a dedicated representative will assist you with the process.

Q2:
Is there a designated parking space included with the monthly rental?

The monthly rental is for a "non-reserved parking space," and you must queue with temporary parking vehicles to enter. If the lot is full, you will need to wait at the entrance.

Q3:
How is the monthly rent calculated? When can I start using it after payment?

The rental period is based on the contract. The Taichung Railway Underpass Parking Lot primarily offers seasonal rentals (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December), which must be paid in full upfront. Rates vary depending on the location. We will guide customers to the corresponding monthly rental platform to complete the registration and payment. The rental period begins at 12:00 AM the day after payment is completed.

How can a driver confirm that they are allowed to start parking?

Is it possible to reserve a monthly parking space for the next season?

Our company parking lot does not have a reservation payment system; payment must be made on the same day for parking the following day.

Q6:
Is it allowed to ride a motorcycle and then switch to a car, parking the motorcycle in a parking space?

According to Article 56 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act and local parking management regulations: parking spaces are designed for cars. If a motorcycle parks in a car parking space, it will be considered "parking not in accordance with regulations" and may be subject to fines or towing.
